This is the famous Lionel M10000 Streamliner Set from the 1930s. When introduced in 1934, this set broke new ground for Lionel. It was the first model of a diesel-powered train Lionel ever produced, and it was scale length. The sets extreme length means that it will only run on curves 72 inches in diameter or larger. The set includes a powered unit and non-powered trailing cars. A great addition to any Lionel collection.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The surfaces of all items included show heavy scratches, scuffs, and signs of surface rust due to aging. Some of the vestibules have missing or broken wheelsets. Bodies of all items also show paint chips, wear, and fading due to aging. Window inserts are foggy and yellowed. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. Non functional due to faulty wiring and electrical shorts. These items are being sold AS-IS. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
