Hobby Boss 80153 1/35 BMD-1

Model Kit

Developed for the Soviet Airborne Forces at the height of the Cold War, the BMD-1 combined the firepower of the BMP infantry fighting vehicle with the lightweight, air-droppable capability needed for parachute assault operations. Hobby Boss captures the compact and aggressive profile of this unique armored vehicle in a highly detailed 1/35 scale kit featuring over 540 parts, individual track links, multi-slide molded hull components, and photo-etched details for a sharp, scale-accurate finish. The model accurately reflects the amphibious design and distinctive low silhouette that made the BMD-1 one of the most recognizable Soviet airborne combat vehicles of the 1970s and beyond.
